Habits:
This barbet is not very numerous at Fraser’s
Hill and good views are not easy. It occurs
mainly around The Gap area, but also, is smaller
numbers, at the top of the hill. Listen for
its call and look for it inside large fruiting
fig trees where it moves high inside the canopy,
like this photo shows. |
